The Logs module allows you to access an audit trail of all tasks performed in the web portal. To navigate to Logs module, login to web portal with your credentials.
From the main menu, select "Logs" tab:
You can view various management tasks along with their statuses on the "Logs" screen. The most recent tasks appear at the top of the log trail. You can also filter or search the logs by user, resource name, task type or date. To view more details about a particular task log, click the "Details" option next to it:
Note that the system will display the last 30 days of log entries by default. You will need to change the date search criteria to look up entries older than 30 days. You can also filter the logs based on task type such as Add host, Remove host, etc. :
or status such as ALL STATUS, PENDING, IN PROGRESS, etc. :
You can export the logs in JSON format to share with the Nerdio support team or to copy to a data lake or Splunk for further analysis. Click the download icon in the upper right, select whether you want to include the details, and click OK. A zip file of the JSON export will be downloaded to your local computer.
